mEMBRANE Pilot Units

Thailand’s most comprehensive membrane pilot units facility, supporting both water treatment and advanced industrial process applications

Overview

In addition to the library and seminar facilities, MKC features another key capability: one of the most comprehensive Membrane Pilot Units facilities in Thailand.

Our membrane pilot units support feasibility studies, process validation, and full-scale industrial system design. Customers have the flexibility to select membranes from any global vendor, allowing unbiased performance evaluation under real operating conditions.

Our Membrane Pilot Units in Thailand cover a wide range of separation technologies, including:

  • Microfiltration (MF)
  • Ultrafiltration (UF)
  • Nanofiltration (NF)
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO)
  • Electrodialysis (ED)

The pilot systems are designed with high flexibility and can simulate real industrial plant conditions. They support both cross-flow and dead-end operation, utilizing various configurations of organic and inorganic membranes.

Beyond membrane separation, MKC also provides pilot systems for electrocoagulation and ion exchange resin (IER) applications for water treatment and other specialized process liquid applications.

These Membrane Pilot Units in Thailand enable customers to evaluate process performance, optimize operating parameters, reduce scale-up risks, and confirm both technical and economic feasibility before proceeding to full-scale implementation.

Capabilities

  • Pilot test design developed and supervised by experienced membrane specialists
