LPE is able to perform CIP using the customer’s existing equipment and system configuration. Regardless of site conditions, our team can utilize available facilities to carry out effective membrane cleaning, minimizing downtime and eliminating the need for additional CIP equipment.
LPE can provide CIP using our own cleaning equipment when the site does not have a CIP system or when dedicated cleaning equipment is required to ensure effective cleaning performance.
Cleaning chemicals may be provided by the customer or by LPE. With our expertise in membrane fouling and cleaning chemistry, LPE can recommend appropriate chemicals and cleaning procedures to effectively remove fouling while maintaining membrane performance and lifespan.
Membrane serial numbers and their positions in each pressure vessel will be recorded before and after CIP to ensure proper reinstallation and performance tracking.
