LPE provides professional membrane cleaning services in Thailand for industrial water treatment and process applications, designed to restore performance and extend the life of RO, NF, UF, and MF membranes.
About
Our Membrane Cleaning Center is fully equipped with the special facilities and expertise to restore membrane elements and modules of any material or configuration.
We collaborate with leading global membrane manufacturers and top-tier chemical suppliers.
When membrane systems encounter issues such as excessive pressure drop, elevated permeate conductivity, or abnormal flow deviations, our team provides comprehensive service and tailored recommendations to stabilize and optimize system performance.
Beyond professional membrane cleaning service across all membrane technologies, we also offer:
With flexible service options, customers can choose the most suitable solution while ensuring reliable cleaning quality, system protection, and long-term membrane performance.
LPE’s membrane cleaning service team performs CIP directly at your facility for convenience and reduced downtime.
LPE provides filter media replacement services for activated carbon, sand, and resins to restore system efficiency and ensure reliable operation
LPE provides professional EDI module cleaning services to restore performance, ensure stable conductivity control, and extend module lifespan
When your membranes require deep restoration that cannot be performed on-site, our Membrane Health Center (MHC) provides a controlled environment with specialized expertise to ensure your elements are returned to peak performance.
Membrane elements are professionally unloaded at your facility to prevent physical damage during initial handling.
We record the serial number and original position of each element to ensure full traceability. The membranes are then securely transported to our dedicated Membrane Health Center (MHC).
Each membrane undergoes individual performance testing before and after cleaning, allowing us to quantify recovered flux and rejection performance.
Our specialists analyze each element to identify specific foulants, including mineral scaling, organic fouling, or biological deposits. Based on these findings, appropriate cleaning chemicals are selected to ensure safe and effective restoration.
Cleaned membranes are strategically rearranged and reinstalled on site. By placing higher-performing elements in optimal positions, overall system efficiency is improved and membrane lifetime is extended.
