    Maintenance Services

    LPE provides maintenance services on a quarterly or yearly basis for water treatment and membrane separation systems.

    Our maintenance programs are designed to keep systems operating at the highest performance, ensuring stable and consistent water quality throughout the system lifecycle.

    The maintenance program covers all critical components required to maintain system reliability, including membrane and EDI cleaning, membrane and media replacement, and instrument and analyzer calibration as required.

    Ensure system reliability, performance, availability, and cost-efficiency by continuously observing behavior, detecting issues early, and improving resource use and response times

    Service includes via contract service

    • Realtime monitoring, if site available
    • Water Ratio, System recovery and system yield shall be recorded and calculated monthly; system yield easily closely monitor and controlled.
    • Troubleshooting is more precise from Realtime data
    • Urgently notification will be done as manual or automatically
    • Membrane cleaning recommendation shall be forecasted and planed in advance from data monitoring
    • Dashboard Monthly report for each system
    Scheduled water sampling and analyze for trend analysis
    • Integrating scheduled water sampling with trend analysis is a strategic approach to monitoring water quality over time. It shifts the focus from “point-in-time” snapshots to identifying long-term patterns, seasonal fluctuations, and early warning signs of contamination.
    • LPE’s Laboratory is accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 will provide solutions of water analysis as a yearly trend basis for contaminants on each type of water
